Thank God I passed today on my first try! Take your test at Avon and practice the Avon route on the Next Street website. It’s pretty simple! Had Sherri as my DMV agent and she is super nice and made me feel comfortable. I did the pull in to the right maneuver but I heard the back in right was the most common. You can do this! Good luck. Doing this in California it’s to dangerous and drivers don’t yield to other vehicles and will try to run you off the road DMv removed the Parallel park exam for California because of this reason

You don’t turn the wheel all the way to the right, I tried that and all it did was make my car pull in straight You only turn the wheel once in full circle, THEN you pull back

“back of their car” could be the back door, the back tire, the tail lights or anything in between💀 don’t give a 5-6 foot range

How about you all forget about being "centered in the lane" amd focus on your surroundings. This is why someone sits in the passing lane or changes lanes cutting you off at a slower speed instead of letting you oass.

Can you 3 point turn onto a street? Coz I failed my drivers test and this video is similar to how she wanted me to do it accept she wanted me to reverse onto a road!

Keep in mind as well, for multiple reasons, turning right on red is unsafe. As a pedestrian I've had to walk around so many cars and even almost been hit by many cars because they're not looking for pedestrians.

With smaller gaps ive found it makes parallel parking easier to start closer side to side to the car in the front.
